The UPS Store

For The UPS Store, I created Ui interface for their new Self-Serve Kiosk. To streamline package drop-offs and reduce wait times, The UPS Store introduced a Self-Serve Kiosk concept. For this project, I collaborated with our internal team to transform initial wireframes into a fully functional user interface for this innovative solution.

The Challenge
Design an intuitive interface for a proof-of-concept Self-Serve Kiosk to be tested in 10 pilot locations. The kiosk, housed on an iPad, needed to guide customers seamlessly through the drop-off process, supported by clear signage within the store.

Our Approach
Drawing inspiration from existing brand elements—such as The UPS Store building graphic—we developed a cohesive set of buttons, icons, and interactive elements. This design not only reinforced the brand identity but also prioritized user engagement and simple, intuitive navigation.
